Centro Co.Re is a learning center inspired by the guidelines of Ecoversities Alliance. Willing to create a higher educational center in a rural area. The project was initiated by Jose Donado and Rafaela Leal with the support of Sara Serrão. We are willing to learn how to better serve society and the world in the same time that we create rural livelihoods, specially fo youngsters. This serves as an example for the re-ruralization of the world. We learn through non formal education principles, experiential learning and peer to peer learning, we are focussed in the topics of CO (Cooperation, Consciousness, Community,..) & RE (Regeneration, Resilience, Reconnection,…). At this moment we are supporting more than 6 local business with our everyday work, more than 100 people use the space in regular basis and we are offering more than 4 international exchanges fully financed per year.
