Healing on the Periphery in Our Times: Tong Ren Healing with Hardip Mann | Learning with Covid

Hardip Mann offers a collective healing session and her knowledge of Tong Ren Healing, an energy healing therapy based on the premise that illness is related to interruptions, or blockages, in the body’s natural flow of blood, neural bioelectricity, hormones and chi (life force energy). Tong Ren is often practiced as distance healing. This is part of Learning with Covid ‘diving in’ sessions dedicated to the different ways and notions of healing, to share restorative tools and regenerative practices, nurture our bodies, take care of our emotions and support circulation of energy, “Tong Ren Healing is two thousand years in the past, many years in the present and has a long future for humanity. In modern times Western culture is dominant. Everything left over from ancient times is seen as too old or obsolete, the colonial effect has been devastating to territories, people, their economies, cultures and their bodies. Many of the alternative healing practices have slowly found their way in the periphery.” – Hardip Mann

Hardip Mann is a mother, healer, community organizer, a really fun person and a Tong Ren healer. More about Tong Ren can be found here: https://tongrenstation.com/
